Together they have a combined 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

CEO and President - Vera D'Elisa

Having an MBA in Banking and Finance as well as five years entrepreneurial experience , Ms. D’Elisa understands that integrity, technical ability, and customer service are the cornerstones of a successful business enterprise.  As Vice President and Senior Analyst of the New York Grant Company, an enterprise whose inception, growth and success she played an integral role in, Ms. D'Elisa was responsible for maximizing and obtaining over $15,000,000 in grants and incentives.

In addition to her five years with the New York Grant Company, Ms. D’Elisa has an additional 15 years experience in business and finance. Her professional career boasts positions as Media Relations Manager for PR Newswire, Marketing Communications Analyst for Reuters Financial News, and Senior Financial Planning Analyst for Grumman Aerospace Corporation.

COO and Vice-President- Jane Krenitsky

Ms. Krenitsky also has an MBA with a concentration in MIS, as well as two Bachelor degrees in Finance and Computer Science.  She has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years in electronic trading and brokerage systems.  She is also a licensed financial representative and has a private practice with assets under management of over $1M. 

Ms. Krenitsky is a successful real estate investor owning multiple investment properties.  Ms. Krenitsky’s professional strengths include strong analytical and financial skills and a strong attention to detail.
